For our current UFM-SC customers, this is just a helpful page to assist you with the basics. Where to go, how to log in, where to find help should you find yourself with questions about how anything operates.
If you purchased a UFM-SC tracker, the first thing you need to do is charge your tracker so you can use it. It takes approximately 5 hours to charge fully. If you have the extended battery pack for this model, please charge between 8 and 10 hours initially.
Before you log into your account for the first time, we highly recommend you read the manual for your tracker. It can be found by clicking on the picture of your tracker below.

Now that you've read your manual and know all about your tracker, you can click on the picture below to go to the log in portal for your account and start tracking.
Click this picture to log into your accountOnce you are logged in to your account, you'll notice over on the left hand side of the screen there is a button for LIVE SUPPORT. If you have any questions, or your tracker is not working properly, you can click this button to open up a live chat support window with a customer service representative from 7am to 7pm central.
We strongly recommend that you backup your user name and password information in a safe and secure format and keep it in secure location where you have access to it should you forget your account log in details.
