Phone tapping and recording is one of the oldest forms of surveillance. In it's simplest form, a phone recorder is sinply a pocket recorder and the appropriate adapter to get the signal off the phone line. this can be accomplished for as little as $150 or less. Other more sophisticated variations are possible including switchboard tapping and professional phone tapping.
