General Ordering Information: Freight is non-refundable. All orders can be made via Internet, Telephone, FAX, Mail-Order, E-Mail. We ship all of our items in a plain box with ACT or PEE. as a return address. The billing address on the credit card must match the shipping address. Online orders must be received by 3:00pm Central Standard Time for same day processing. You can still call us until 4:30pm for overnight delivery. Online orders are for customers in the U.S. only. Credit card billing information displays under the company name PE Enterprises. Oversized, large, or heavy packages may require additional freight charges. Spy Centre Security personnel will contact customers on a case by case basis in situations that require additional freight.

Ordering Online: Click on the product you are interested in to bring up the details page for that product. Once on the details page for that product, you may add the product to your shopping cart by clicking on the link "Add to Cart". When adding a product to the shopping cart, the shopping cart page will load, showing the details of that selection. You can then either choose to "Checkout" and finalize your purchase or return to the product page by clicking on "Keep Shopping". You may add as many products as you wish to your shopping cart. If you wish to remove an item from your cart, while viewing the shopping cart you may enter 0 for he "Quantity" field provided, then click the "Recalculate" link. Once you decide to finalize your purchase, click the "Checkout" link on the Shopping Cart page. Then fill in comments and billing information. After you have completed the form, click the "Submit this Order" link found at the bottom of that page.

Our Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products we have a no refund policy. We are glad to switch you to a different product within the first 7 days after receipt of the product. This will ensure that you will get the right product for the job. Most tape or telephone recorders have a 6 month warranty, but many have a 1 year. Our cameras have a 6 month warranty. In the event you receive defective merchandise, please call us at (800) 292-7748 to obtain a return authorization number. Please write this RA number on the outside of your package. All returns must include all original product packaging, manuals, and accessories.

4M Security Centre - Dallas Open since 2008 The 4M Security centre is in Dallas Texas. Located on the South-West corner of Preston and Northwest Hwy (Loop 12), the hours of operation are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Spy Centre 4 offers full CCTV and camera installations in the following Dallas / Forth Worth areas: Balch Springs, Cedar Hill, Dallas, DeSoto, Duncanvile, Farmers Branch, Garland, Highland Park, Highland Village, Hutchins, Irving, Lancaster, Mesquite, Richardson, Sunnyvale, and University Park From Downtown Dallas: Take 75 Central headed north to Northwest Highway. Turn east and head over towards Preston Road. Turn in to the shopping center just after the Boston Market. Additional free parking is located in the parking garage directly behind the shopping centre. Three hour parking is located on the lower level and all day parking is located on the upper level.
Spy Centre - Plano Open since 2004 SC3 is in Plano Texas, which is north and east of Dallas. Located off of 75 between Park and Parker, the hours of operation are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Spy Centre 3 offers full CCTV and camera installations in the following Dallas / Forth Worth areas: Allen, Carrollton, Colony, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Frisco, Garland, Grand Prairie, Hebron, Highland Village, Irving, Lewisville, Murphy, Parker, Plano, Richardson, Sachse, University Park From Downtown Dallas: Take 75 north to Parker. Exit and come back down the service road headed south. Turn right into the shopping plaza at Enterprise. We are located next to the Original Pancake House.
Spy Centre - Addison Open since 1997 SC1 is in Addison, Texas which is in North Dallas. Located on the Northeast corner of Beltline and Midway, the hours of operation are 10:00 am to 6:00 PM , Monday through Saturday.
Spy Centre 1 offers full CCTV and camera installations in the following Dallas / Forth Worth areas: Allen, Carrollton, Colony, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Frisco, Garland, Grand Prairie, Hebron, Highland Village, Irving, Lewisville, Murphy, Parker, Plano, Richardson, Sachse, University Park From Downtown Dallas: Take the North Dallas Toll way North. You will pass I-635 and exit Beltline Rd. Take a left (west) on Beltline Rd., Spy Centre is about 2 miles down on the right. From Ft. Worth: Take I-635 East to Dallas, pass I-35, continue until you reach Midway road. Exit Midway and take a left (North), go approx. 3 miles. Spy Centre is on the North/East corner of Beltline and Midway road.
Spy Centre - Lewisville Open since 2002 SC2 is in Lewisville Texas, which is north and west of Dallas. Located on the Northwest corner of I-35 and the Hwy 121 bypass, the hours of operation are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Spy Centre 2 offers full CCTV and camera installations in the following Dallas / Forth Worth areas: Argyle, Arlington, Carrollton, Coppell, Copper Canyon, Corinth, Dallas, Denton, Double Oak, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Justin, Keller, Krum, Irving, Lake Dallas, Lewisville, Roanoke, Shady shores, South Lake. From Downtown Dallas: Take I-35 headed north past Farmers Branch and Carrollton. At the south edge of Lewisville exit the Hwy 121 bypass and head west. Turn in to the shopping center on the Northwest side of Hwy 121 and I-35. We are located near the Best Buy and Magnolia cafe.
