Spy Centre Security is looking for the following additional team members to compliment our existing infrastructure.
We are a UNIQUE electronics retailer who provides a wide range of security products. Our specialties include digital video, access control, and GPS tracking, as well as an array of consumer security products. Our privately owned company began in 1990 and became the first to capture Dallas’ security and surveillance market. Our success has been in stable growth, growing from one retail location to opening of our forth in Dallas 2008. Our company’s mission statement is to offer the highest quality security products while providing superior service to our customers.

Our continuing expansion has resulted in opening retail store locations around the Dallas area. Our company’s mission statement is to offer the highest quality security products while providing superior service to our customers. Position requirements and responsibilities:This full-time position requires travel to a different location per day acting as store manager relief as needed. This floater position is non-supervisory and carries responsibilities similar to the store manager.
Store sales through in store and outbound efforts.
Attention to detail and maintain all necessary store forms
Perform day to day operations of the store including cash handling, register transactions, answering telephone, merchandising, store maintenance, inventory and opening and closing duties.
Protecting company assets through paperwork accuracy and customer service
Minor tech support for customers
Adapt to industry changes
What we offer:

Our retail locations are open Monday through Saturday 10-6pm.
To Qualify:
Candidates must have experience in the following areas.
Retail electronics
Experience in selling high ticket items and experience in selling single ticket transactions of $1000 or more
Have a consistent track record of achieving sales goals
Able to show initiative and can self-motivate and show efficiency with little supervision
Candidate must be at least 18 years of age, able to pass a background check, legally authorized to work in the United States, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have reliable transportation.
Candidates must possess the following skills
Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills
Customer service, rapport building and have negotiation skills
Our ideal candidate will have experience in the following but is not required.
attended at least one customer service/sales seminar from a nationally recognized organization
attended at least one electronics or IT convention or a nationally recognized electronics vendor sponsored equipment product training event
have had experience in working in a small business environment and adaptable to change
