Spy Centre Security is looking for the following additional team members to compliment our existing infrastructure.

We are a UNIQUE electronics retailer who provides a wide range of security products. Our specialties include digital video, access control, and GPS tracking, as well as an array of consumer security products. Our privately owned company began in 1990 and became the first to capture Dallas’ security and surveillance market. Our success has been in stable growth, growing from one retail location to opening of our forth in Dallas 2008. Our company’s mission statement is to offer the highest quality security products while providing superior service to our customers.


Position: CCTV Installation Technician Full Time with Benefits

This position reports directly to the company President / CEO and is responsible for hands on installation and troubleshooting of CCTV products. This position will be our customers’ #1 point of contact and will handle everything from scheduling, installation/service, managing sub-contractors, training, to collection of payment from very satisfied customers.

Benefits:

Competitive pay range $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Health insurance, paid vacation and paid holidays

Requirements:

  • Must be full of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism for the security industry
  • Must have at least 3 years prior experience in stand alone DVRs, networking of DVRs, and CCTV installation and troubleshooting experience, working knowledge of Pelco PTZ cameras, access control experience very helpful
  • Must be professional self starter, detail oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to prioritize and set your own work schedule. Please be prepared to give specific examples of each of these skills in an interview.

    Goals:

    Contribute to our success at Spy Centre Security by improving our quality controls and customer service of our in house installation department. In addition to following our proven guidelines we also need you to refine and develop processes that will enhance every customer’s experience, and also enhance our bottom line.
